Martin Vu turned his love for visual storytelling into a career in design with the help of Pixel Blue’s Graphic Design & Photography program. Today, Martin works as a Graphic Designer at Vu Media Lab, where he creates powerful visual campaigns and collaborates with a team to bring brands to life.

JOSH EASTMAN
Joshua Eastman is the Graphic Design & Photography Instructor at Pixel Blue College, specializing in illustration, visual communication, and design principles. He combines technical expertise with a mentorship-driven approach to support emerging creatives.
Beyond teaching core skills and software, Joshua actively mentors post-graduate students and alumni, guiding community-based projects like the student-led “Smashin’ for Compassion” campaign. His leadership helps students deliver impactful, real-world design solutions from concept to execution.
Joshua’s teaching philosophy fosters creativity with purpose—encouraging authenticity, empathy, and ambition. He tailors instruction to individual goals, helping students build confidence, refine their craft, and develop a distinct visual voice.
