Horizon's rent prices are all inclusive which means power, heat, water, and high speed internet, is included in your rent price.
Furnished Units
Each unit is completely furnished. Common areas include stove, fridge, microwave, wall-mounted TV, couch or loveseat, and coffee table. Our bedrooms also include one twin sized bedframe and mattress, a desk and chair, dresser, and closet space!
Amenities and Location
Some other amazing amenities and perks include a student study space (with plugins and internet), a games room, card-operated laundry on-site, 12 minute walk to Jasper Ave, close to public transit, walking distance to grocery stores and restaraunts, and with an overall walk score of 86!
