Audio Engineering & Music Production

Troy is one of the instructors of Digital Audio Production, and has 10+ years of Music Production experience. Troy works to ensure that the students of Digital Audio are set up for success!

Josh Eastman

Graphic Design & Photography

Joshua is the Graphic Design Instructor at Pixel Blue College. Joshua's background consists of illustration, graphic design, and photography. He is eager to work with students looking to push their passions from the moment their pen touches the paper. Where an artist's ambition is matched only by their imagination.

 

Tony Grillo

2D Animation & Illustration

Tony is an animation instructor at Pixel Blue, and founder of MightyPants Media. He has produced content for Disney, Tim Burton, Adam Sandler, and Fox-TV. Grillo engages in career-focused training that follows 2 paths: Studio Production and Self-Employment/Boutique.

Scott Carmichael

2D Animation & Illustration

Scott is the Illustration Instructor for the 2D Animation and Illustration program at Pixel Blue College. Scottโ€™s background is in illustration and concept art and, over the past decade, heโ€™s worked on several video games for consoles, PC, and mobile platforms. Scott works with students to bring out their passion in drawing and the creative process!

Buck Kohl

2D Animation & Illustration

Buchanan (Buck) is the 2D Illustration and Animation TA. He is a Pixel Blue Graduate and loves to animate, explores and solves problems. Buck makes it his top priority to help the students understand the instructors' lessons.

3D Animation & Visual Effects

Joe is the 3D Instructor at Pixel Blue College and has a teaching and mentorship background spanning over 20 years. Joe likes to help and inspire students to be the best at 3D.
